- All plans are custom made for each client. This is based on a number of factors including food preferences, workout times and goals.
- Detailed check ins are once weekly.
- Ongoing guidance when you need it, even throughout the week outside of check ins.
- Included is workout programs, custom nutrition, cardio regimens and supplementation.
- Program is adjusted based on progress from week to week and/or based on your request.
- Workout programs change every 3-4 weeks.
- Physical assessments are included to target your strong and weak points.
- Feedback on your form and progress. You can share videos of certain exercises and we can help correct your form!
- Have a plan for every situation. Vacation or Birthday coming up? We will help you navigate and find solutions for these situations.
- No GUESSWORK. Wake up and check your App to see any messages you might have along with your assigned workout or activities for the day. Just follow the instructions and get results.
- Access to us whenever you need it via texting or messaging us through our app.
- Access to our Modern Fit App where all of your programs are stored and kept.
- A detailed area in our App to keep track of your progress pictures, weight, measurements and key lifts.
Once your purchase is final you will receive an email with a questionnaire and contract you will need to fill out and then we will be in contact within 24 hours to get your initial plan set up! We're pumped to help you achieve your goals!
We have specific terms for our programs because we believe in building relationships with our clients. We want to make sure we are on the same page with your goals and how we operate as a team. They need to mesh together flawlessly in order to make great changes. This is no quick fix program, we are in this for the long haul and we want you to be in it as well!
